SDSU Global Campus offers customized certificate programs exclusively to educational institutions and companies from Mexico and Latin America. In partnership with University Corporate Certification Consultants Inc. (UCCC) — a San Diego-based corporate training and consulting firm with offices in the U.S. and Mexico — Latin American students/employees can chose from in-class, online, or hybrid programs that conclude with an enriching international experience on the SDSU campus.

Alejandro Castañeda, President and Founder
In 2002, Alejandro Castañeda founded, along with Candace Cox of Univentures of Phoenix Arizona, UCCC as an entity dedicated to linking highly regarded educational institutions and companies from Mexico and Latin America, with prestigious American universities for the purpose of certifying executive level in-company training programs. Since then, UCCC has facilitated the partnership of SDSU Global Campus with a variety of Latin American institutions, achieving more than 30 successful programs.
We offer a variety of certificate programs that can be customized, or can work with you to develop a program unique to your university or organization. Proposed programs must have an educational curricula that matches extended learning university-level criteria in duration and topics. Also required are graded evaluation systems, with all quizzes uploaded to an LMS platform delivered by UCCC.
Programs presented in partnership with a third-party provider are not taught by San Diego State University faculty nor affiliated with a campus academic department. Courses offered with third-party providers are not degree-eligible.
